Pollyanna Smash American Pale Ale

Pollyanna’s version of this SMASH beer is brewed with all pale ale malts and Strisselspalt hops. The result is a beer with a clean, soft, lightly sweetened malt backing that allows the Strisselspalt hops to shine by giving off big notes of lemon verbena, spicy florals, and citrus.


Sweetwater 420

A tasty West Coast style Extra Pale Ale accentuated with a stimulating hop character. First conceived in our bat cave on 4/20, this kind of beer keeps the wheels on the bus going round and round!


Church St. Ctrl+Alt+Bier

A Dusseldorf style German Altbier; a style known for its robust nutty, toasted malt character and a spicy noble hop finish. A creamy, medium bodied beer utilizing a five step infusion mash with caramunich and carafa malts. Don’t drink and type.


Deschutes Cream Ale

An Ale version of an American Lager, Deschutes Cream Ale is light, with a good hop balance and clean finish. Perfect for sunny days and being around good friends.


North Coast Scrimshaw

Named for the delicate engravings popularized by 19th century seafarers, Scrimshaw is a fresh tasting Pilsner brewed in the finest European tradition using Munich malt and Hallertauer and Tettnang hops. Scrimshaw has a subtle hop character, a crisp, clean palate, and a dry finish.
