Lexington Bourbon Barrel Ale

This ale is aged for up to six weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky’s finest distilleries. Subtle yet familiar flavors of vanilla and oak are imparted to this special ale as it rests in the charred barrels. Pleasantly smooth and robust.

Rolling Meadows Wet Hopped Slamdunkel

This seasonal dunkelweizen is made with artisanal water, wheat, caripils barley, fresh hops and yeast. Fresh wet hops is added at the end of the brew process to give it a grassy, herbal note. In the glass, it has a creamy, malty head and rich brunette color.

Laugunitas Born Yesterday Fresh Hop Pale Ale

This Un-Freakin-Filtered, wetter-than-wet beer has 11lbs-per-barrel of Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic and Indigenous Catawampus. Whoa

Laugunitas Nighttime Black IPA

Kinda like Daytime’s big, dark and scary sidekick, this ale is packed full of highly roasted malts then bitterly balanced with fistfuls of the dankest hops. Not for the lunch crowd or the faint of heart.

Stone Delicious IPA

Lemondrop and El Dorado hops combine to bring on a magnificent lemon candy-like flavor that’s balanced by hop spice. It’s unlike anything we’ve tasted in nearly two decades of IPA experimentation, and another lupulin-laced creation we’re excited to present to hopheads everywhere.

North Coast Scrimshaw

Named for the delicate engravings popularized by 19th century seafarers, Scrimshaw is a fresh tasting Pilsner brewed in the finest European tradition using Munich malt and Hallertauer and Tettnang hops. Scrimshaw has a subtle hop character, a crisp, clean palate, and a dry finish.

Rolling Meadows Abe’s Ale

Our Good Food award winning brown ale with maple syrup, molasses and brown sugar. To start, Abe’s Ale has a vanilla aroma, followed by a smooth malt taste and a dry finish.  Its dark amber color comes from deep malted barley and molasses. ABV 8.5%

Lagunitas IPA

This beer is formulated with malt and hops working together to balance it all out on you ‘buds so you can knock back more than one without wearing yourself out.  Big on the aroma with a hoppy-sweet finish that’ll leave you wantin’ another sip.
